- High School diploma or equivalency.
- Minimum of five (5) years as journeyman or lead in a construction related field (mechanical, plumbing, electrical) or equivalent experience.
- Current state driver’s license, acceptable driving record, proof of valid insurance.
- Proven planning and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of energy reduction measures
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting, painting, electrical, industrial equipment and general construction activities
- Knowledge of industry codes and standards.
- Knowledge of generally accepted standards of workmanship in construction/ maintenance of facilities, HVAC, industrial processes, and infrastructure systems.
- Previous experience working on a military installation preferred
- Familiarity with military-specific facility/infrastructure codes and standards, as applicable.

Tepa, LLC is actively seeking a Construction Inspector for our office on Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, OK. The Construction Inspector will perform construction management duties in support of Tinker Air Force Base. The position will be responsible for ensuring the Government receives quality and complete work as defined and specified in the contractual documents which are requiring work, and utilizing knowledge and experience in electrical and mechanical fields and industrial equipment. The Construction Inspectors work directly with supervisors and ensures he/she is well aware of unique situations and/or problems that are encountered, while identifying and reporting safety, environmental and other work requirements for resolution.
